A Railroad Avenue cafe in the southwest corner of Tallahassee, aimed squarely at people who want a full plate that still fits the plan. The kitchen builds bowls to order over kale and quinoa, brown rice, spinach or whole grain pasta, then adds bison, shredded beef, shrimp or black bean. Wraps include Chicken Pesto and Southwest Bison; the Makin' Muscle board carries The Arnold and the Nugget Dinner. Sides run from a tzatziki veggie cup to mac and cheese. Smoothies and espresso protein drinks all day. Weekly meal plans, catering and frozen cauliflower-crust pizzas are packed for the week ahead.
