The North Navy Boulevard cafe opens at ten on weekdays, early enough to catch the shift change, and works to a simple rule: nutrition first, flavour not sacrificed. Order the Clean Eatz burger with turkey bacon and american cheese, the Bunless with grilled mushrooms and sweet potato fries, or the Epic Chicken wrap. Bowls take a base, a protein, up to three vegetables and one of eight sauces, from thai peanut to no-sugar-added barbecue. The blender runs protein smoothies and espresso shakes all day. Weekly meal plans, Dessert Barz and frozen Grab 'N' Go meals sit right by the till.
