CLEAR DRAUGHT HAUS – Restaurant

Thirty-seven taps and a chef-driven pub kitchen on Main Street in Dunedin, open from eight in the morning until late. Breakfast runs long: lobster and brisket bennies, a brisket bomb omelette, corned beef and short rib hashes, cinnamon bun French toast, beignets, chicken and waffles. Later the board turns to avocado fries, pub pretzels with beer cheese, crispy Brussels sprouts, four-bone sticky ribs, tuna nachos and grilled octopus, then shepherd's pie, thirteen-hour smoked brisket, St. Louis ribs, Korean short rib and ribeye. Flatbreads, gourmet pizzas and burgers fill the middle. Wednesdays cut wine bottles under a hundred dollars in half.
