CLEAR SKY ON PARK – Restaurant

The Clear Sky group's Seminole room on Park Boulevard opens early for breakfast and keeps a wide, restless menu going until late. Sushi sits beside steak: the Clear Sky roll and volcano roll, crispy rice with spicy tuna, ahi tuna nachos, dynamite shrimp and pork dumplings to start. Mains run from Chilean sea bass and seared scallops to birria short rib, lobster mac and cheese, pad thai, cajun gnocchi and a wagyu New York strip, with pizzas, flatbreads and the Park Blvd burger for lighter appetites. Weekend brunch draws crowds. Happy hour runs afternoons, and Wednesday means half price bottles.
