An RV resort on Apalachicola Bay whose West Park holds a full barbecue restaurant, Fat Daddy's Smokehouse and Grill, open to the public every day from eight in the morning. The smoker turns out ribs, brisket, pulled pork, half chickens and smoked wings, with fried pork skins to start and house sides of coleslaw, slow-smoked barbecue beans and mac and cheese. The resort bills its own homemade breakfast waffles and bacon as the best in the county. Chocolate cake and key lime pie close things out. Views run out across St George Sound out to the barrier islands beyond, free.
