Part working winery, part tasting room, part full-service restaurant, the Pines Boulevard location pairs every plate with a numbered Bin wine from Cooper's Hawk's own label. Start with Thai lettuce wraps, bacon-wrapped drunken shrimp, or the crab, shrimp and lobster bisque. Then gnocchi alla vodka, braised short rib risotto, pretzel-crusted pork chops under a maple barbecue glaze, or filet medallions with a horseradish crust. Weekday afternoons bring the Wine O'Clock happy hour; weekends open at ten with brunch and bubbles. Wine tastings run walk-in; dining reservations are highly recommended.
