A family-run Mexican kitchen on Visitors Circle off Orlando's International Drive, Corazon works hand-painted tile, open timber ceilings and murals into a room with a full cantina and patio seating. The menu is regional rather than generic: elotes callejeros, birria empanadas with pineapple salsa, sopes on thick masa, cochinita pibil, chiles rellenos, tamales, arrachera, and molcajetes that arrive still spitting. Guacamoles come traditional, charred-corn Yucateco, or topped with shrimp. Fajitas, enchiladas in half a dozen sauces, ceviche, shrimp cocktail and garlic shrimp round it out. Open midday to midnight, and later on weekends. Loud, generous, and unmistakably made by hand.
