A roving vegan Caribbean kitchen that works Central Florida's markets and festivals rather than a dining room, built on one recipe above all: the corn soup founder Kurt learned from his grandmother in Guyana and has sold since he was eighteen. The cooking is Ital-influenced and entirely plant-based, no exceptions. Alongside the soup come Caribbean plates, macaroni pies, coconuts cut fresh and smoothies poured into hollowed pineapples.
