Cold plates lead: aguachile, ceviche de camaron y pulpo, a tostada Costa Azul, the towering torre, and avocado stuffed with a seafood mix. Then the kitchen gets loud, with molcajete caliente, camarones a la diabla, camarones al mojo de ajo, camarones a la cucaracha, whole fried pargo in two sizes, and a boiling-crab bag. Fajitas Costa Azul and breaded shrimp cover the middle ground. Tacos and quesadillas run asada, chorizo, pollo and pescado, and arrachera or churrasco handles anyone who came for meat. Open late, closed Tuesdays.
