The build-your-own burger counter inside Miami International Airport's Terminal D, near Gates 32 and 33, open from seven in the morning until ten at night every day of the week. The clipboard menu is the whole point: more than eighty-five ingredients, from the meat and the cheese to the sauce and the bun, ticked off however you want them. Signature burgers, burgers served over greens, sandwiches, specialty fries, chili, thick shakes, craft beer and regional wine round out the card. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free builds sit on the same sheet. There is proper seating, plus pickup ordering for tight connections.
