COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER PENSACOLA – Restaurant
Nationally known and locally owned, the Pensacola arm of the Maine lobster franchise opened in early 2023 with a launch at Blue Wahoos Stadium, and its territory now runs from Panama City west into coastal Alabama. The card is built on lobster rolls served two ways, the cold Maine style bound in mayo and the warm buttered Connecticut, plus a garlic butter version and a flight for comparing them side by side. Around those sit lobster tots, lobster grilled cheese, lobster tacos, New England clam chowder, bisque and whoopie pies. Owners train in Maine first, hauling traps before serving anyone.
