CRAFTY CRAB – Restaurant

Ordering here is a three-step ritual, and the bib is not optional. First the catch, by half or full pound: snow crab legs, king crab, Dungeness or blue crab in season, lobster tail, crawfish, clams, mussels, whole or headless shrimp. Then the seasoning — Crafty Cajun, buttery garlic, lemon pepper, or The Boom, which is all of them at once. Then the heat, running from mild up to fire. It all arrives in a bag, poured out over corn and potatoes. Fried baskets, steamed oysters, wings and gumbo cover anyone unwilling to get messy. Open late on Fridays and Saturdays.
