CRAVE BBQ AT HALL'S ON 5TH – Restaurant

Smoke does the talking at this Apopka barbecue counter, one of the vendor kitchens inside Hall's on 5th on East 5th Street. Brisket, ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken come off a low-and-slow pit, plated with house sides of mac and cheese, baked beans and coleslaw, or stacked into sandwiches served with dill pickle chips. The board also runs to flatbreads, barbecue bowls, salads, loaded taters, combo plates and smaller Lil' Pitmaster portions. Bread pudding is the dessert regulars talk about most, alongside that brisket sandwich. Open Tuesday through Sunday, with pickup and delivery when sitting down isn't the plan.
