A modern American room on Dunedin's Main Street, open from late morning until midnight with the kitchen running to eleven. Nearly everything is made in house: prime rib, corned beef, sauerkraut, purple kimchi, every dressing, the dill pickles. Starters lean bold. Gochujang wings come dusted with peanuts and sesame, black garlic scallops sit on miso creamed grits, Cedar Key clams arrive in pistachio cream. Mains run miso sea bass, diver scallops, gochujang short ribs and steaks from teres major to ribeye. Sandos include an Italian beef and a corned beef Reuben on marble rye. Nearby farms supply the seasonal greens.
