CRYSTAL CREAM ROLLS – Restaurant

North Tamiami Trail in Osprey, and the show is the point: a base poured onto a frozen plate, chopped, spread thin, then scraped into tight rolls in roughly two minutes while you watch. The family behind it uses organic dairy from a Myakka City farm and makes the ice cream fresh daily. Very berry, peanut butter, cookies and cream, mint, Nutella, and s'mores. Scoops if you would rather skip the theatre. There is boba too, original or popping, alongside milk teas, red bean, lemonades and a cold-brewed organic iced tea. Bright room, limited seating, open every afternoon into the evening.
