CYPRESS COVE POOL BAR – Restaurant

The poolside bar and grill at Cypress Cove, a clothing-optional resort south of Kissimmee, keeps longer hours than places twice its size: breakfast from eight every morning, the kitchen running to nine or ten at night, the bar later still. Food is unfussy and good at it. Chicken spring rolls, provolone triangles, pretzel bites and beer-battered onion rings lead into a build-your-own burger, the Cove Club stacked with turkey and Black Forest ham, a French dip on ciabatta, wings, and beer-battered fish and chips. Darts, billiards and big screens fill the room inside. Day visitors are welcome without a reservation.
