The formula does not change: chocolate, vanilla and strawberry twists plus a deep premium list of pistachio, cotton candy, black raspberry and butter pecan, served in cake, sugar or fancy waffle cones. Beyond that sit Twirls blended with candy and cookie, hot fudge sundaes, banana splits, shakes, malts and slushies. Reviewers consistently praise how quickly the line moves and how patient the crews are with indecisive kids. Cheap, fast, and impossible to miss from the road.
