Mofongo anchors the menu, mashed plantains worked with garlic, butter and house mojo, alongside pernil and rice cooked with pigeon peas. The signature sandwich stacks steak, pork and pastrami with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and crispy shoestring fries between bread, island street food built to order.
