DABOBA – Restaurant

A Kendall counter that does three things and makes all of them on site: Taiwan-style bubble tea, thick bakehouse cookies and small-batch Italian gelato. The drinks board runs deep. Roasted brown-sugar pearl in milk tea, taro, matcha, Thai tea or Nutella; classic brown-sugar milk teas; kumquat lemon and passion fruit green teas; mango, chocolate and pina colada frappes; dragon fruit and lychee lemonades; an espresso bar with cheese-foam mocha and a signature affogato. Gelato arrives by cup, cone, milkshake or floated into a drink, the fruit flavours dairy-free. Cookie flavours rotate in small batches. Empanadas and tequenos cover savoury cravings.
