A Jacksonville food truck trading on hand-pattied all-beef burgers and a sense of humour about them. The Garbage Burger stacks smoked bacon, cheddar, Swiss and American with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms and barbecue sauce. The Texas Patty Melt uses Coca-Cola grilled onions; the Ghost Pepper Burger brings ghost pepper cheese and jalapenos; and a bacon, egg and cheese burger is served between two Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Chicken runs to buffalo fried sandwiches, a grilled wrap and a popcorn chicken basket the truck calls its best seller. Sabrett foot-long beef dogs too.
