DARUMA ASIAN CUISINE – Restaurant
A hibachi house on Nature Walk Parkway in St Augustine that runs a serious Asian kitchen alongside the teppan tables. The sushi bar is where it shows off: yellowtail jalapeno, tuna tataki, hamachi kama, a tuna dumpling wrapped around spicy crab, chirashi, and love boats built for two or three. From the kitchen come gyoza, krab rangoon, steamed pork-belly baos, takoyaki, Malaysian roti, chicken lettuce wraps, agedashi tofu and soft-shell crab. Tom yum and tom kha sit beside miso, and noodles, fried rice, katsu and tempura fill the rest. A milk tea and fruit tea list closes the menu out.
