The Italian specialties carry it: Old Italian with soppressata, prosciutto and capocollo; MortaDeRita layering mortadella, fresh mozzarella, arugula and pistachio pesto; Calabrian Turkey with hot cherry peppers and chili oil. Chicken cutlets are hand breaded into a Cutlet Parm, a Caesar Cutlet, and a Queen Bee of hot soppressata, ricotta and Calabrian hot honey. Cheesesteaks run Wednesdays and Fridays only. There are daily soup specials and catering on a day's notice, and the doors open Sundays only during football season.
