A Lee County food truck that changes character with the clock, which is exactly the point of the name. Mornings run on breakfast platters of eggs, home fries and bacon or sausage, ham and egg on a roll, and stacks of pancakes with a side of coffee. After dark the Caribbean side takes over: jerk chicken quarter and oxtails, both with coconut rice and beans, plantains and salad. Italian plates share the board, with lasagna, a sausage, peppers and onions hero, and a meatball cone. Smashburgers, mac and cheese and cheese fries fill the gaps. Track it down before ordering.
