Downtown Boca Raton's Italian-American chophouse, where USDA Prime steak shares a room with what the house calls South Florida's largest mirror disco ball. Pasta is handmade: lobster ravioli in brandy cream, fiocchetti of pear and ricotta under truffle cream and porcini, bucatini carbonara, pappardelle bolognese, linguine with middle-neck clams. Specialties centre on a sixteen-ounce veal chop, parmigiana or marsala, with chicken francaise alongside. Steaks run from an eight-ounce filet to a forty-ounce tomahawk for two, finished with truffle parmesan fries or cacio e pepe mash. Antipasti include grilled octopus and clams oreganata. Dinner only; later on, the music takes over.
