DECK AT 560 – Restaurant

Waterfront on South Collier Boulevard, Marco Island, open seven in the morning until ten at night for breakfast, lunch and dinner, indoors or out with the sunset doing the heavy lifting. Executive chef Corey Hepburn builds around local seafood and rotates the card seasonally. Small bites: shrimp ceviche with mango and aji amarillo, spicy ahi tuna nachos on wonton chips, smoked fish dip with herb lavash. Then flatbreads, a double-deck smash burger, a grouper sandwich with spicy remoulade, and entrees of shrimp fra diavolo, carne asada with chimichurri, and blackened catch of the day. Children get their own brunch bar.
