A brewery taproom on Magnolia Avenue in historic downtown Sanford that runs its own kitchen, and the food leans unexpectedly Swedish. Grandma's oversized meatballs arrive with gravy, lingonberry and pressed cucumbers; the same meatballs turn up on a flatbread and inside a fontina-slicked sandwich. Elsewhere: beer cheese nachos, a spent-grain pretzel made from brewing grain, Chicago-style Italian beef, scratch macaroni, Angus and plant-based hot dogs, chorizo chili. Sunday brunch runs late morning. Weeknights bring bingo and dad jokes read by the brothers, plus trivia-and-taco Wednesdays. Vegan and gluten-free swaps are marked throughout. Come for the beer; stay for the meatballs.
