DEL FRISCO'S DOUBLE EAGLE STEAK HOUSE – Restaurant

Two storeys of dark wood and glass on International Drive, with a wine list running past twelve hundred labels and a dining room built for the occasion rather than the errand. The prime beef is the point: filet mignon, bone-in ribeye, porterhouse, a thirty-two ounce tomahawk, forty-five-day dry-aged strip, and small premium pours of Japanese A5 and Kobe. Around it sit seared Chilean sea bass, double-bone lamb chops, jumbo lump crab cakes and lobster macaroni and cheese. Two state-of-the-art bars, five private dining rooms, a patio, and a dress code that is actually enforced. Dinner only, and worth the reservation.
