Tex-Mex built for a hungry weeknight, ordered at the counter just off East International Speedway Boulevard in DeLand. The formula is refreshingly blunt: choose a protein, have it made Tijuana style with cheese, fresh jalapenos, onions, lettuce, tomato and sour cream, then wrapped in a flour tortilla with cilantro-lime rice and refried or black beans, or split across two hard corn or soft flour tacos. Quesadillas arrive grilled under melted cheddar jack. Starters cover chips with queso, salsa or guacamole, nachos, the Tijuana Trio and jalapeno-stuffed Atom Bombs. Chips come with everything. Open daily from eleven, later Friday and Saturday.
