DELICOMB – American
A locally owned Jacksonville Beach counter that has been feeding the neighbourhood since 2009 and moved into its 6th Avenue North shop in 2014. Everything is made to order: two-egg sandwiches, panini melts, wraps, super tuna salad, acai bowls, scratch-baked goods and side salads. The house kimchi is the signature - fermented in-house in a German kraut style, vegan, no fish stock, in dill kraut, pickled red onion, hot Mexi and habanero cucumber versions. Coffee comes from a Gainesville roaster and is poured through an espresso bar, with beans sold by the pound. Free open wifi, Wednesday through Sunday mornings.
