DIMITRI'S FAMILY RESTAURANT – Restaurant

A Kenilworth Boulevard diner in Sebring, next door to the Kenilworth Lodge, with the lights on from half past six in the morning until nine at night. Breakfast is the anchor, the Athenian omelet among the regular orders. Later the kitchen swings Greek, Italian and American all at once: a gyro platter, pastrami sandwiches, burgers, wings, seafood. An attached pizza kitchen fires twelve- and sixteen-inch pies, chicken florentine included, plus calzones, stromboli, baked ziti, baked lasagna, Tuscany flatbread and garlic parmesan knots by the dozen. The bar alongside trades as It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere. Unfussy cooking, served all day long.
