The menu is rewritten every month, so the card you ate from in July is gone by August. Chef Nick keeps a spine of signatures — peppercorn ribeye with loaded mash, chicken piccata over Revolution rice, Cajun snapper in house cream sauce, rigatoni bolognese finished with parmesan and basil, penne four ways — then rotates everything else around the passing season. Starters lean shareable: shrimp scampi on toasted baguette, meat trio flatbread, jalapeno poppers. The room sits on 21st Street in downtown Vero Beach, open daily eleven until ten. Named 2025 Restaurant of the Year by The Treasure Coast Foodie.
