DISCO WITCH BREWING – American
A music-led brewery on State Road 200 in Yulee, opened in 2022 by owners who took up brewing after retiring and never stopped. Twenty-four taps carry the house beers alongside guest brews, ciders, sours, wine and non-alcoholic pours, and the lineup turns over constantly. There is a real kitchen behind the bar, closing an hour before the taproom does: wings, cauliflower wings in buffalo, barbecue or Old Bay for vegans, hot pretzel bites with mustard, beer cheese, queso or caramel, and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. Disco is the theme, but the playlist wanders and every night has its own feel.
