Dolci Peccati Gelato – Restaurant
The lab sits on a quiet block of Miami's Little River, and the door is open to walk-ins on weekday mornings: a working gelateria that also happens to sell you a cone and a coffee. Flavours rotate but the core holds — vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, nocciola, stracciatella, dulce de leche, dulce de leche Oreo, key lime pie, ricotta with passion fruit and walnuts. Sorbets are water-based and fruit-forward; the vegan line runs on coconut milk. Kosher Miami certifies the gelato, dairy and parve. The company still runs its original dessert truck, plus catering and wholesale accounts. Small batches, seriously made.
