A Lake Mary dining room built around recipes the family traces to Jalisco in 1975, and a tequila bar that takes itself seriously. Birria is the current obsession, juicy and crisped. Before it: Don Julio nachos, elote halves dusted with cotija and Tajin, signature guacamole finished table-side, stuffed avocado halves, or the sampler for the table.
