EGGS UP GRILL – Restaurant

Breakfast and lunch only, six in the morning until two in the afternoon, seven days a week, with a dog-friendly patio and mimosas on the Hunt Club Boulevard corner of Apopka. The plates are Southern and generous: Homestead Platter with four bacon slices, four sausages and a biscuit under gravy; Founder's Hash and Egg; chicken-fried steak; chicken and waffles with spicy honey. Scramblers go Greek, chorizo or chimichurri-topped skirt steak. Smashbowns are tater tots griddled with bacon, cheddar and onion, and they anchor a bennie too. House-made croissant-style donuts arrive hot under powdered sugar. Then it closes for the day.
