The stand serves tacos, nachos, elote-style corn, loaded potatoes and aguas frescas built from recipes rooted in South Texas border cooking rather than a generic taco-truck template. Customers walk up, order and eat on the spot, following the vendor's Instagram for that week's location and hours. It has also run ticketed pop-up dinners in Lakeland, extending the same border-inspired menu beyond the regular market stand.
