El Nuevo Pio Pio Cafe is a Dominican restaurant on NW 87th Court in Hialeah Gardens, run out of a corporation first registered with the state in 2012. The kitchen keeps long hours for a neighborhood spot: Monday through Thursday from eight-thirty in the morning to seven-thirty at night, Friday and Saturday until ten-thirty, and Sunday from nine to four-thirty. Delivery is available through Uber Eats and Postmates alongside in-restaurant service, and the cafe has still kept the same ownership and the same suite number for more than a decade now, without any name change or relocation in that time.
