Despite sharing a name with a Panhandle chicken shop, this Longwood restaurant on North Ronald Reagan Boulevard is a wholly separate, full-menu Peruvian kitchen with its own street address, phone number and website. The card runs well past rotisserie chicken into yuca a la huancaina, arroz con mariscos, ensalada de pollo, lomo saltado and mixed ceviche, with tostones and beans among the classic sides. Staff recommend the lomo saltado to newcomers trying Peruvian food for the very first time. Diners consistently praise the vibrant, well-seasoned cooking, the fresh ceviche, and friendly, attentive service. Open daily, later on Fridays and Saturdays.
