EL PRIMO RED TACOS – Restaurant

This South Miami counter runs on one obsession: birria, slow-braised and worked into nearly every corner of the menu. Corn-tortilla tacos and quesatacos come dunked in salsa taquera, a crispy quesabirria arrives with an oversized cheese crust, and birriamen pairs braised beef with ramen noodles, consome and a soft egg. There's a birria smash burger, loaded birria nachos with two cheeses, and a taco de lengua tripeada stacked with tongue and crispy tripe for the adventurous.
