On 17th Street in Sarasota, this Peruvian rotisserie house builds around pollo a la brasa, whole chicken roasted and served with fries, salad or chaufa fried rice, up to a two-chicken monstrito platter for a table. Chifa, the country's Chinese-Peruvian fusion, gets its own menu: chijaukay and tipakay crispy chicken fillets, tallarin taypa noodles loaded with beef, shrimp, calamari and pork, and arroz chaufa in half a dozen proteins.
