El Sitio Bar and Grill occupies the second floor at 10648 Fontainebleau Boulevard, the larger of two Miami rooms from the same Venezuelan family group. The kitchen runs a full breakfast card: an American plate of bacon, ham and eggs, a Criollo breakfast with arepa and black beans, and a Venezuelan Dream Breakfast piling shredded beef, reina pepiada and llanero cheese onto a fried arepa. Empanadas come stuffed with cheese, shredded beef or pabellon, and mini tequenos and cachapas anchor the appetizer list. Weekend hours stretch past midnight, and the room stays open later than most on Fridays and Saturdays.
