Eleon Pizza & Pastry pairs a pizza oven with a pastry case on Skymarks Drive on Jacksonville's Northside, open since 2022. The pizzas lean inventive: a Dill Pickle pie loads ranch, pickles and bacon under mozzarella, while the Gyro pizza builds a garlic base with gyro meat, sun-dried tomatoes, onion and feta, finished with tzatziki. The case turns out a chocolate tart layered with Belgian dark and milk chocolate ganache, plus croissant sandwiches, cheese danish and salmon Benedict for mornings. Diners keep pointing to the crust and the desserts together, a hot pizza with a serious bake case beside it.
