In North Beach, Ezio's carries the pedigree of the team behind Roberta's and Blanca, turning that Brooklyn pizzeria's cult following into a dry-aged steakhouse. The kitchen hand-selects and ages its own beef, rounding out the menu with a raw bar, handmade pastas and seasonal sides: stone crab claws and tuna crudo to start, linguine cacio e pepe finished with winter truffle, and pappardelle tangled with braised veal and parmigiano reggiano.
