FAT MAGGIES – Restaurant

Fat Maggie's runs out of Depot 303, a shared commercial space in downtown Mulberry, doing smash burgers the way the format is supposed to work: thin, hard-seared patties, house-made pickles, and a garlic aioli doing most of the heavy lifting. The Classic anchors the menu, with a Double Smash Burger for anyone chasing more crust-to-meat ratio. Fries come loaded two ways, truffle-tossed or piled high with candied bacon and cheese, and the sides run homestyle: mac and cheese, banana pudding, both made in-house. Catering rounds out the operation. Doors are open daily, 11 in the morning to 9 at night.
