FAT STORK – Restaurant

Fat Stork occupies a small strip-plaza spot on Griffin Road, on the line between Davie and Cooper City, run by a chef who cooks wherever the mood takes him. Pasta, tacos, and kebabs share space with a rotating set of salads and appetizers, built around the owner's goal: fresh, full-flavored food from different corners of the world rather than a fixed cuisine. Breakfast runs straight through brunch, lunch, and dinner, with a short wine list backing the food. The dining room stays small and cozy, more neighborhood find than destination. It is open most of the week, closed only Tuesdays.
