A daytime cafe and nothing else: doors open at seven and the kitchen shuts at half past two, so breakfast, brunch and lunch get the whole day's attention. The Blue Lagoon dining room works through the chain's made-to-order menu, from the Traditional Breakfast and the Tri-Fecta to the Chickichanga, Farmhouse Hash, Bacado omelet and Frittata Rustica. Lemon ricotta pancakes and Floridian french toast cover the sweet side; avocado toast, the A.M. Superfoods Bowl and the Tri-Athlete cover the other. Million Dollar Bacon is the shareable. Fresh juices, sparklers and iced coffee pour throughout the morning. There is no dinner, ever.
