Fish Bowl is one of Fish Bowl Kitchen's two Palm Harbor counters, building poke and acai bowls to order behind a case of fresh-cut fish and toppings. Beyond the familiar Ultimate Poke Sushi Bowl, the build-your-own line runs to the krab-and-avocado California Bowl, a Skinny Keto Sushi Bowl for the low-carb crowd, and hot bowls like Teriyaki Rice, the Big Fajita and an Indian Butter Chicken Bowl. Add-ons cover crab rangoon, a volcano shrimp plate and a Japanese squid salad. Boba blasters and fruit tea refreshers round out the drinks. Portions run generous, and the line moves fast at lunch.
