Fishack is a New England-style seafood restaurant in downtown Vero Beach, Florida, opened in 2011 by Chef Mitchell Weiss and his family, longtime local restaurateurs. The kitchen serves fish and chips, lobster rolls, and whole-belly fried clams, alongside fresh catches like haddock and cod. The bar stocks more than thirty tequilas and mixes margaritas with housemade sour mix. Inside, the dining room is colorful and casual; outside, a pet-friendly patio adds seating. Located on Old Dixie Highway, Fishack is open Tuesday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Tuesday, and closed Sunday and Monday. The mood stays relaxed and beach-casual throughout.
