One block off Duval Street and two from the Atlantic, Frenchie's Cafe calls itself the southernmost French restaurant in the country, and breakfast and lunch are its whole brief. Baking happens in house: breads, croissants, pastries, and a rotating run of quiches, including a ham, bacon and Swiss that regulars order without looking.
