An evening-only Nicaraguan fritanga on West Flagler Street, open five to ten and built for people who want a plate, not a production. The grill does the talking: carne asada, cerdo asado, pollo a la plancha and pollo empanizado, each plate put together to order with your choice of rice, a side and a salad. Dine in if you like, but most of it leaves in a box. Straight-ahead Nicaraguan cooking, no ceremony.
